At Get Buzzed Mugs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your mug(s), we’re here to help.

Each mug is printed just for you by our printing partner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. We instead offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our mugs. After 30 days, if you are not satisfied, please contact us to initiate a full refund (excludes shipping costs).

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your mug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Shipping

Once you place your order, it will go into production. This process takes 2-3 business days. Shipping will take 3-5 business days.
